MAHENDRA SINGH DHONI : THE LUCKY MASCOT FOR INDIAN TEAM TO WIN THE WORLD CUP 2011

Mahendra singh dhoni (Mahi) born on 7th July 1981 in Ranchi, Jharkhand is a right hand batsman ,wicketkeeper(captain) of the Indian team . Born on 1981 to Pan Singh and Devki devi , mahi is the youngest of three children.His father moved from Almora (uttarakhand) to Ranchi ,to work in  junior management position in MECON .Mahendra has a sister named Jayanti and a brother Narendra.Dhoni studied at DAV Ranchi where he intially tried his hands on badminton and football.Dhoni was a goalkeeper for his football team where his coach told him to try his hands on cricket. Thus from there his journey began and he achieved success one after the other.Dhoni married Sakshi on July 4,2010.Under his captaincy Indian team won the first T20 world cup .His calmness and coolness has always supported Indian side and to remain cool under pressure has always helped Indian team .His decisions making tendency has always been welcomed by Indian fans .
